A 50% price jump because a price for conversion of the new notes on loan was set at 42 cents ..... you must be kidding me!

Notes convert into shares only at the holders discretion and for the life of me I cannot think what will get the share price up past 40c except for a takeover but why would they move early? More likely, the share price will slump when plant goes on care and maintenance and as the notes come due HNC/GT will ask for their money back instead ...... except CMR doesn't have any in which case they will convert at a new "agreed" prevailing price much lower than 40c. CMR might as well set the price conversion price at $2, at least might have got a better short run in price from the newbies.

Still only a copper cathode producer I see. Have they shelved plans for cobalt-nickel production? Wasn't that supposed to be the first product coming out the back of the plant in August?

    goodluck
