I agree with you spot on.

Sad that you will be exiting (and making a profit). There are alot more SH here who bought in above 2cents and I am on their side even though I am also currently making a profit as I could see more further upside to come. As for the SP manipulation etc, this will take awhile for ASIC to investigate and will always be difficult to prove. I am sure Lion/Asiasons/Infinity would have done their due diligence to make sure every loop hole is covered before going forward with the TO offer. So, there is still some upside to go.
