There is a possibility that a lot of those participating in the CR will take a 10% profit or a bit more in the 5c/6c range. It might take a couple of weeks for the CR effect to work its way out of the system.
Hopefully the announcement will cause most to take up their allocation = not a big shortfall. That might mean I miss a bit of my shortfall allocation but it would be good for the company, and hence for me and all of us in the long run.
