It will be valued at market cap ie, SP multiplied by number of shares .. at this moment A$645M . If the SP falls obviously the market cap falls and makes the company a more attractive take over proposition. They are not buying a private company where you just get it valued and buy it , any potential buyer has to buy out the existing SH. Obviously all bets are off if the company goes into administration ,unlikely here as has little debt.
