The key is manufactured to Australian food safety requirements, and NASAA certified organic.
The reality is BAL are producing a product that uses the rarest milk in the world. Less then 1% of global milk supplies are organic.
BAL is committing resources to help Tasmanian farmers convert to organic. This takes approx 3 years, and at the moment they are around sub 18 months from having Tasmanian organic milk in their products.
