    Relax , any potential buyers have to notify the company and SH's of their intent and at what price they are willing to pay . The BOD will recommend to accept or not , if not it will be come a hostile take over. If the potential buyer gets enough support they will takeover the company and delist. If there is more than 1 potential buyer , it is normally better for existing SH's as they will competitively price their offer.
