a tale of 2 companies oxx and whn

I have been reading the Quarterly Reports for the Palta hopefuls OXX and WHN and it is interesting to compare the admin and exploration costs for the companies for the year to June 30,2013

OXX admin $1.6 million exploration $6.2 million
WHN admin $2.6 million exploration $3.5 million

In addition as a result of the farmouts by the wily Albers Santos spent a lot at Winchester and OMV spent a lot in NZ
and some receivables are to come from NZO.

I don't think investors in OXX have anything to complain about re the relationship between the levels of admin and exploration charges.
