Yeh ok. I'm envious of your tripping around. Double bonus...... the kids being involved Since the primary purpose of the trips are not camping, I would go with the good quality fridge if you can afford it. The eski way means you would need to be a bit more organised as far as pre freezing ice etc as required for each trip. Good luck.
