That is why you need to have adequate procedures and precautions in place through good risk management - risk management is more than risk avoidance. Your argument is akin to I may die in a car accident if I drive my car so I will stay at home - where as it should be yes there is a risk I may die in a car accident but I will follow the road rules, drive safely, have a serviced and safe vehicle all to reduce my risk and allow life to continue.
