I'm not aware of any new V mines that have got up and running while TNG has been developing Mt Peake, maybe in China? The reason is, it's hard to mine, separation from the other minerals especially Ti if it is there in high concentrations is complicated from what I've read, hence why V in the past was sourced from slag, and still is I think in China but it is a much dirtier process.
CXO is only building a mine and is mining a different product Lithium. Most of us long termers here are aware TNG's Mt Peake would not be commercially viable without a refinery.
