At a Post Christmas sale at JB HI FI , I negotiated the purchase of a Samsung 55" 8000 Series Television for $2980.00 with a S200.00 CashBack. As the store did not have one in stock ,-I was quite happy to pay a 10% deposit and wait for delivery . Today I returned to the store to pay the balance and was told the $200.00 cashback no longer applied . I immediately requested a refund . I will now go to " Harvey Norman " to purchase the same Samsung Television, in the knowledge I wont be Shafted by Gerry .
The old Saying " The Customer is Always Right" ,-still applies ,and any retailer who forgets this attitude ,-is doomed to failure . JBH in my opinion is still a Great Short !
