If RC's trading halt has real news behind it, we are in for a ride.
And a dumb question to the oilers in the audience: who owns the gas IN the pipe? Obviously producers adding gas and users extracting are metered, but between these on a long pipe like NGP there is probably a coupla million dollars worth of stock gas which the pipe won't work without. I am curious.
