Hey early, yes it was a compliment, my wife tells me I am like a broken record with CSD.
Guys, as I said, my comments were my thoughts from bar talk in Cairns, No foundation to my comments, just street talk, but I think that there is more work to do on the refurbishment than we know about.
Regarding the staff on the ground, can't seriously give a answer for that, but in a comic view it could be, 10 OSH supervisors, 8 union officials, 4 union stand over thugs, 5 Russian spies undercover, 3 representatives from Apple and Microsoft, 1 director from BCN wanting to know where his pension fund is going , 2 cooks, 2 cleaners and 1 Mechanic, and of course Ralph, who probably has ended up doing all the work himself.
Just having a laugh, lipstick sales are slow today.
