What equipment needs to be refurbished what machinery needs to be fixed?

The process plant and mining equip were running as late as November last year before going into C&M weren't they?

If the plant was run out properly to water before shutdown there shouldn't be too much of a problem at restart. Bit of grease, check belts and jog items in manual before a sequence startup.
