The mill is SPM's issue, Kelpboy. It has nothing to do with the funds CSD have/need. Remember, CSD's 10% is 'free carried'.

I would be extremely disappointed if it doesn't start up soon, at least for the extraction of copper. I understand that the tin process will not come into play until later, as expected, and this is where CSD will most likely need to input funds, or perhaps give SPM a higher percentage of profit.

The shortfall will go towards exploration/drilling as explained by Ralph. Remember, we do have some alluvial tin deposits that need further assessing.
