So they will continue to rent?? Which would increase demand for rental properties, if everyone is waiting to enter the market and continues to rent this would lead to increased rents. Which would eventually lead the renters to realise that buying is a better option and force them to buy. Rents will remain flat whilst property prices increase through increased demand from these renters. Also speculation will occur again and everyone will enter the market in droves again.
