    If interest rates drop further anyone with a job could afford a property of some desciption. And on jobs what did we lose 1200 jobs for the month on the latest data. It was good to see that the unemployment rate for females declined by 0.3%.

    Note for developers/investors build/buy/reno more properties targeting a female demographic.
