I'm with you Barry - I renovated a townhouse last month, put it on the net for rent & within 1 hour the prospective tenents made an appointment to see the place the next day.
12 month contract -Gone!!!
Not only did I buy it under the medium price for the area, I renovated which created instant equity.
Now why do I have to listen to these clowns? I have a 12 mth contract, the place is worth 25% more than what I paid for it & I have a buffer in case of an emergency. I'm not going to sell so why not do it again?
Is everyone missing something here?
