It is all happening exaclty as old-timers on this thread have predicted many, many times.

In harder times the top end gets a whack, the middle tier hardly notices and the bottom tier actually rises in price.

It is all there in many earlier posts.

But I am concerned about the suburb suffering such a horrific fall. The pain it will have caused for residents is incalculable.

I am sure that the bears on this thread must be rubbing their hands together with glee to learn that Hawthorn's median price PLUMMETED 3.8% !!!!!

OH MY GOD. The median has fallen right through the floor, through the Earth's crust and down into the core of the Earth. All the way down to a median of $1.2 Million.

The pain and suffering for Hawthorn property owners can be felt across the country.

I am sure they are wishing they had listened to the dancing bears of Hotcopper and GOTTEN OUT!
