how is interest rates good for property? its done nothing so far..
just coz the cash rate is dropping doesnt mean house prices are cheaper.. or that the cash rate will stay this low for the next 10 years!!
the way you are talking with unemployment you would think the recession is over... this is the year it will get nasty, 2008 was just the first parts of a recession coming into play.. you forget time wise we are behind the rest of the world..
its funny property prices go up, the bulls are right and it playing out as expected.. if property prices go down, then the data is misleading, the bulls are still right and its playing out as expected.
