Angola: Government Gives Green Light to Private Cement Factory Project

The Angolan government has recently formalised the private investment project called "New Cement Factory of Lobito", by publishing its approval in the State Gazette.
The Executive also authorised the granting to the cement firm "Secil - Companhia de Cimentos do Lobito" of the site to build the factory, by the provincial government of Benguela.
