What exatcly stops someone replicating an FGR module and importing the Sri Lankan graphite themselves?
The module costs about $25k maybe say it takes them $100k to get correct.
Its a lot cheaper for the company than paying FGR $55k a tonne or more when they can buy the graphite for $2k
