I am not strongly technical, however, I do value one signal and ccv gave it yesterday (if it holds until friday close anyway)
The weekly macd histogram made a first bar up after 5 weeks down - a big signal as far as I am concerned.
As I said it has to hold it until tomorrow's close - but if it does I suspect a few weeks of run up to follow.
