The 500000TPA will be the leach plant at or near Duncan. They won't have to cart that anywhere other than the top of the ROM pad.
The precipitate coming out of that 500000TPA facility will got to the LAMP. It's not hard to turn a chloride based salt into a sulphate based solution to put through the LAMP.
