Well the fact they have already said they are conducting an internal review as they cant substantiate the claims made by J. Williams is proof enough for me the whold JORC was dodgy!
so you can be as sure as sh1t i will be writing to ASIC.
no one is going to make a fool out of me and run off with my money and get away with it!
i could live with the company going under for a wide range of reasons, but releasing a straight out lie to the market knowing investors base their investing decisions on these numbers is not on!
