First of all, let me say that I have always had a lot of time for Tony Locantro. Second, let me say that I'm going to query his judgement in the case, but because I have so much time for him, I kind of want to be proven wrong.

Regarding ATV, is it a producer? I didn't think so. I didn't even think you'd classify it as a "developer", because I hadn't read that it was in the process of building a gold mining plant. I thought it was still defining its resource, which would place it firmly in the "explorer" category.

Second, I'm trying hard to think of a gold miner which had been profitable at grades of less than 2.5g/t. May be 2g/t, if you have a big deposit in a third world country, where wages are cheap as chips. From what I've seen, ATV has grades around 1.7g/t.

Like I say - I'd love to love this one, because TL has a fantastic track record, but I just can't get my mind around ATV.
