I can answer that for you.
FAR have stated if results at SAMO are not good or indifferent it wont affect the outcome of the SOOLOO drill.
Which tells me they think SAMO and SOOLOO are not connected so SNE in that case would not be connected SAMO.
Unless the management are talking through their hat again.
