Yal is a dividend yield play.
it is unlikely to see strong capital growth from YAL. They pay big dividends and cannot buy back their float due to ASX300 inclusion and a shareholder with over 60%+ holding.
WHC will see strong capital growth over the next three years before a increase in capital returns. My personal bet is upon buying back most of the float.
