Hi Guys first time poster, long time watcher and owner of PLV.


My Theory as follows.

PLV have known for months they need more money.
So do a road show to spin interest in PLV, canvas some potential clients, sign a MOU. The MOU to contain "If you sign this then we will give you 5% of PLV in exchange for your money to see the project through until completion of the required studies and to have the money within 10days of signing".
Make the MOU confidential to the public so as not to spook the share price too much other then traders moving on, this way the JTC gets a good price.
JTC wont sell the stock, we get the money and this great company gets to reach its full potential.

I may be way off here just giving my 2cents.
