Nambo1, you're right. Placement buyers aren't typically those who will trade in and out quickly. They can't sell them straight away anyway, so there will be no immediate pressure from them when it comes out of the trading halt (which is Monday according to the announcement). I agree it is better for the share price that there is no retail issue, though I think it is unfair that retail holders should be diluted.
