The market maker BNYM would need to feel out the market to determine demand.
They would not let a sale go through on the first day of trading as they probably held no shares (or very few)so kept the spread wide and slowly allowed it to narrow to keep tedting.
Now they have a better idea of how many and at what price so today would of been the day to start buying, funny thing is they were cheaper today! (who would of thought)
I dont hold prima at present but have done and will again as I like the story.
just my opinion but tonight should be the start.
