I have a theory on the rail transaction.
The company has never been able to put a firm deadline on when it was going to be inked, but was always saying soon & imminent etc...
Perhaps this is because it was contingent on Roy Hill securing its financing deal which was finalised today.
AGO would not have had 100% visibility on when the financing deal was going to be finalised, hence could not tell us, their shareholders, when the deal was going to be done.
I think we might get some news on the rail deal today / tomorrow!
