all u boomers with youre property investments and seminars pushing up the price of property in the boom they say and i think tis a fair point instead of going into shares those in the 50+ age group flooded into various property funds ofc they are now getting smashed for being greedy but in a lot of cases they were lured int with all sorts of promises i do feel sorry for em but it drove a big big property boom and now the younger workers cannot afford to buy their home so they stay at home or move into their parents investment properties
