After (yet) another day of trying to separate the warring factions of CVI I have come up with an idea.
What say that starting tomorrow I start two threads in the morning - one for the pro CVI camp and one thread for the anti CVI camp?
That way those that are believers in CVI can discuss with each other why it should go up. Those who think CVI is going down can similarly discuss with each other the reason why.
The fundamental ground rule would be that both can have a "peek" at the other thread, but cannot post on that thread.
That way we should certainly be able to avoid a lot of unproductive mudslinging which inevitable derails a thread.
Posters on each thread can "upramp" or "downramp" to their hearts content - after all would be preaching to the converted so whats wrong with that. Mind you I will still moderate posts on either thread for flaming someone.
A novel idea, but somehow I feel it wouldn't work (lol)
