I would have to say it's a contract, they want to sort it out before end of month when we should get alot of news.I don't believe there will be any more cap raising.over the last 6 months we have heard alot of news and it was never reflected in the sp. So I think and want to believe they want the next big ann to move the price, so there are working on that..... Well that's what I'm hoping for anyway
