Many decades ago my father had a motel.
People booked in and didn't pay unti the morning when they left. Everybody happy.
Years when by and people started to skip out not paying.
We changed rules of engagement.
Pay up front before you get room.
Some then passed dud cheques.
We changed rules of engagement.
Cash no cheques.
We sold out, but now you have to swipe your credit card.
People had it good for so long,until a few ruined it for the rest.
Moral of the story.
