Torture terrorists to prevent many from dying?

Innocent people also being tortured.

Lets take this a step further.

Would you be prepared to put an innocent person in jail for life if similar evidence was enough to convict 50 guilty people of the most heinous crime you could commit.

OR

Would you release all the 50 criminals so they the innocent person is set free?

Collateral damage? Do we risk a few to save the many?

Would you jump on a grenade to save peoples lives? That my friend is collateral damage. You are an innocent victim. Yes I hear you say "But that was my choice." These innocent victims did not get that choice.

So what is the answer???
