paradox?
such paradoxes only exist because of the way we see things - a lack of understanding
"or you can accept the karma for causing his karma to kill"
that is wrong;
if A says i am going to do evil because B is doing good, or not doing bad, then there is no bad karma to A unless A secretly wanted B to do bad.
