    so few instos can buy ..but then again one is enough to turn around the wall of short sellers .
    the wall isn't so solid now because whilst CDR was in the ASX 200 most CFD providers allowed a margin of 10% which makes an easy short
    I believe most CFD providers would require 100% margin now so the source of CDR shorters is far lower .
    I suggest 25 cents is the short term low
