The market cap of this is now under the value of the net assets. The market cap is about 75m and the net assets are about 260m. So on the face of it it looks like a good buy.
On the other hand there is quite a bit of goodwill on the balance sheet and you really have to make a call as to how much that is actually worth (especially if CDR goes under).
I cannot make my mind up whether I got a bargain or completely done over.
