I doubt they can legally give preferential treatment to any LTH Lex . AVR would be obligated to offer the same deal for every share holder which would achieve nothing as far as increasing the average persons stake in the company Also could be detrimental for those holders who are not in a financial position to take up the options . I realise there are LTH here that are still not in the black but IMO a time will come in the not to distant future they will be and collect a tidy return GLTATH
