There are always reasons. This was the perfect place. We could get ethics approval, FDA protocols, probably cheaper than elsewhere but most importantly these patients would likely die otherwise as TAVR is not approved for general use in this market and they were mostly too old for a safe SAVR.
The fact we got the first five done and we have the data and got it completed before the option conversion was extremely significant and a massive positive move by the company.
