Wayne's incentives far outweigh any benefits he would have buying on market and his incentives benefit us as holders with his target prices.
I think the "directors buying on market gives confidence" is a placebo. it's simply their personal investments legally have to be quoted, nothing more or less.
plus, when we do have a directors buy on market, instead of coming out and praising said "confidence", posts in here attacked those directors's wallets and said it wasn't enough. then others say "oh this is an attempt at a pump".
so dammed if they do, dammed if they don't.
tired argument IMO.
