I am far from gloating.

Im saying that this sort of rubbish needs to be stopped.

While I might if had some fun with Hotcopper posters from time to time, my intent has always been to warn retail punters from over overextending themselves on the information released about these assets.

It never made sense and does not stand the “pub test”.

Im not gloating, I’m just saying it was BS from the start.
