re: re:error in announcement Those 78,000,000 extra shares belong to the Nahebedian group, whom PRE leased the land from in the first place.
They placed the shares into voluntary escrow themselves, IMHO, knowing first hand the potential of the land they were sitting on, just unable to extract the gas and deliver it to market themselves.
