I wonder if the fact it's in Australia that is the real negative. While we have a stable government Australia is it's own worst enemy with regards to large projects getting off the ground due to blow out costs.
With so many other projects going ahead overseas and being viewed more favourably through there sp movements perhaps the cost of wages and doing business in Australia to turn a profit is getting out there?
many oil and gas projects have been shelved for a few years as of the result of above.
