Gleneden Nominees was the instigator in the sacking of ARE's auditors earlier this year (due to their incompetence in not identifying the embezzlement that had occurred over many years).

The guy behind Gleneden is also a major shareholder of quite a few junior resource companies.
Obviously, from his action with ARE he does not appear to suffer fools too kindly!
