elzephyrus - you are quite correct in all that you have stated.

my thought in starting this thread was to point out that there is no serious action hare - it's just traders playing their little game. what is required is for an insto to come into the arena and start buying but that is just not happening.

the traders are not manipulating the price - this is just a reflection of the sentiment around the stock at present.

my guess is that there is one smart trader out there who buys after he has put a SELL for 1m on the queue - he rarely gets taken out and he is only risking ~$120k. my guess is that this trader is regularly picking up $500 or $1,000. well done to him i say! but it's a really simple play - just watch for the 1m parcel to lob on the SELL side today at some point - some times there are multiple 1m's. sometomes it is broken down into 500k lots but it sure looks like the same trader.
