After an abysmal August and September, I doubt the jobs reports will offer any consolation. You don't have to long for news though. A manufacturing survey is out in the US tonight.
The trouble is that the last 2 months of turmoil will have a major impact on economic indicators coming out now. I doubt that there is any good economic news around the corner. LYC is a junior miner, one that hasn't started producing yet. Such companies got hit first and hardest in the leadup to the GFC.
This is simply a repeat of that. I am mainly holding due to Rare earths being different than copper in terms of supply constraints. But it will be a while before I break even again ~1.6. SHould have gotten out at 2.7...
