The fundamentals for EQUATORIAL COAL are looking OK.
Money in the bank and producing coal starting this september and shipments expected Q4.With the understanding that EQX will be cash flow positive by years end.
Added to this was the fact that on 22/01/08 the SP closed @
0.15 cents.Yesterday 25/09/08 the SP also closed @ 0.15 cents.I would suggest the chart is indicating a very clear double bottom.9 months is a good length of time between lows.I am therefore cautiously suggesting a trend reversal.
The confirmation will of course be an eventual close above 0.365 cents which was the previous high in between the double bottom.I also bought 110000 more @ 0.155 cents.
